Getting back to our core values at Sack Lunch with a delicious self rebrand.

By Sack Lunch Agency

At Sack Lunch, we’ve been discussing a possible self rebrand for some time now but we finally realized that we’ve grown too much and that the time is now.

We had several challenges to overcome with our brand. Sack Lunch has a great reputation when it comes to packaging and print but we found that there was little awareness when it comes to all the other services we provide, such as web development, video, and branding, etc. We realized the word ‘Marketing’ simply doesn’t encompass everything we do, so say goodbye to SLM and hello to Sack Lunch Agency.

Another challenge we faced is that the meaning behind our name Sack Lunch has, up until now, been very subliminal and vague. We wanted to distinctly define and build around the strong meaning and mission that is our name.

We’ve updated the paper sack lunch bag icon to embody the symbolism behind our name. In it’s entirety the bag represents how we provide the whole package. Now not only is the icon a bag but it’s also doubles as a house to symbolize our in-house printing services as well as opening doors for your brand.

In the process of designing the new website we realized that our stylized branding clashed with other clients work we wanted to feature. The goal with updating our look was to create a more modern brand that can be placed seamlessly next to anything and to have a scalable, balanced logo mark that represents who we are.

While creating a more modern brand we still didn’t want to lose the retro, exciting, and dynamic feel that makes us who we are. That’s where the illustrations came in to add our unique touch of character.

As an agency we plan on continually updating our approach and adapting to changes as they come and we grow. Hopefully you will join along with us so we can continue to open doors for your brand (or rebrand).
