DNA Complete came to us before their launch in stores to design a website for their new genetics test. They brought their package design and brand voice with them, along with a very tight deadline between project start and product launch. A website that was informative yet easy to understand by the average consumer was the goal. We needed to make sure that people with little to no knowledge of genetics could make an informed decision about whether to choose DNA Complete. The visual design of the website needed to go along with the already completed packaging. They wanted a website that was clean and easy to navigate with a mobile-responsive design. A scenario they emphasized was customers researching DNA Complete’s test while they were in the store, in front of the product, so a mobile-responsive design was paramount.
